Oma's Philips 22RH732

When my Grandmother died I declined the offer of her old stereo. Now, regretting the decision, I came across a similar set. Of course I picked it up to restore it. The FM worked pretty well. I fixed a weird design flaw in the tuning voltage circuit (the tuning pot between two voltage dividers across ground and V+) so it adjusts smoother. The AM section just crackled a bit. Only at the very high end of the scale I got reception. The mylar sheets between the plates of the LO capacitor were broken and the plates shorted. No inspiration yet to fix this.
