The Gearbox

It was impossible to remove the flywheel from the box as the wheel had been heat-crimped on. So I filed down the axle and finally could pull it out. Now the hole was too big and I filled it with a shim made from a beer can (Grafenwalder Weissbier from Lidl). Now I only have to drill out the cog for the tuning rod. Which must be filed down to 5.9 mm...
